
You know you’re destined for more. You can feel it. Hell, sometimes people even tell you you’ve got that special something, but no matter how hard you try, you just can’t quite align your behaviours to your goal. You’ve tried and failed, and tried and failed again. You’re starting to doubt yourself and deep down maybe believe that you’re just meant to settle for average. You’re not. You have something amazing to offer this world, even if you haven’t figured out what that is or how it looks. You just need to learn how to stop getting in your own way. As we move through life, we adapt unconscious coping mechanisms to deal with the trauma we’ve been through. Even if we’ve had a privileged life, there are still traumas and emotional triggers we’ve encountered which can cause us to self sabotage without being aware of it. Unless you sit down and confront your self sabotaging behaviours head on, you will repeat the same vicious cycle. This module is all about identifying your triggers, your coping mechanisms (conscious and unconscious) and overcoming them so you can create long lasting change and stop getting in your own way.
