Cultivating a healthy relationship with food.
Do you find it difficult to stick to a meal plan? Or if you stick to one, do you find you’re more emotional and struggle to control the outbursts?
Do you often find yourself obsessing about food, what’s in it or when you can next eat? Do you eat food you consider unhealthy and decide to binge because you’ve ruined your diet anyway?
Have you ever been stuck in a cycle of binge eating the night before and then starving yourself the next to even out the calories?
These are all signs of emotional eating and a disordered approach to nutrition. There is so much information out there about how you should eat, what you should eat and paired with a societal pressure to look a certain way. Unfortunately, many of these recommendations also come unfounded in science and are trending or fad diets which promise fast results. What usually happens is the approach to life is unsustainable so once the diet ends, the person goes back to their old lifestyle and loses their results, or even gains more weight.
If we all ate the exact same diet, we would all still look different. Our bodies are unique and our approach to nutrition must be tailored to reflect that. There’s nothing wrong with you if you’re on this path, or have been on it before. The system has let you down. Pair that with some poor relationships with food and your body, you’ve got a cocktail of being set up to fail which also damages your digestion.
This program teaches you how to understand yourself and your body on a deeper level, which foods are beneficial to your natural constitution, what to eat for how you feel and furthermore, what a healthy diet looks like. You’ll learn how to get the results your after, how to optimise your digestion and how to regulate your lifestyle so your results are long lasting!
On top of all that, you’ll learn how to feel the best you’ve ever felt.
If you’re tired of being on the binge and restrict bandwagon and are ready to take the reins back on your health, sign up to our next intake, 14th February 2023.
